Who we are
Focused on structures
Inspace Developments is a structural engineering consultancy in Uttara, Dhaka. We design new buildings in RCC, steel and composite construction, and we assess, strengthen and document existing ones.
Most of our work is for factories and industrial groups, where safety, compliance and deadlines all matter at once. Our engineers take a new building from the first structural concept to construction drawings, and an existing building from site survey to a completed Detailed Engineering Assessment (DEA) and strengthening design.
We design to the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC 2020) and the relevant international codes.

Brief and documents
You share drawings, soil reports and what the building needs to do. We confirm scope, fee and programme.

For existing buildings: as-built survey, material tests and condition records.

Analysis and design
Structural analysis to BNBC and international codes, checked by a senior engineer.

Drawings and report
Construction drawings, calculations, or a DEA report with a remediation design.
